POSITION
Summary:
The Bar and Lounge Server is responsible to serve cocktails to guests in Ten10 Lounge.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order.
Order and serve cocktails to customers.
Pick up dirty glasses and ashtrays from assigned station; keeping station clear of beverage debris.
Performing side work as assigned; ranging from folding towels, filling coffee dispenser, wiping dry ashtrays, making coffee, filling condiment trays etc.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent and one year high volume hotel/casino or nightclub experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
CARES Card
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must have basic beverage serving knowledge.
Pleasing personality and ability to communicate with customers.
Must maintain current CARES alcohol awareness card
Must possess good recall and memory
Must be able to speak, read and write English
PHYSICAL DEMAND:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly standing, walking, listening, and speaking.
Constantly walking distances up to 500 ft.
Frequently using wrist motion, dexterity, and eye-hand coordination, reaching, twisting and balancing.
Frequently carrying up to 20 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments with occasional hot and cold temperature changes. Employee will be required to stand on concrete floors, tiles/mats and walk on uneven or wet surfaces in confined spaces. Employee will be exposed to secondhand smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Regular scheduled hours. Must be available to work all shifts. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
