Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually or in small groups Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive language skills, and social communication Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the student's educational program Monitor students' progress, regularly evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in state of MS or ability to get licensed in a timely manner Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational or pediatric setting Ability to administer and interpret assessments to determine appropriate interventions Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and maintain accurate documentation Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges and succeed academically Why Contract with Spindle?
